- If we experience high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping:
- Shipping times vary depending on the destination country (typically 7-14 business days).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers, including:
- USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via your Seb_market account.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or regulations.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@sebinvestment.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product(s).
- While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
